What is TECHNISTONE®?
TECHNISTONE® quartz conglomerate kitchen and bathroom worktops
It is a state-of-the-art material - a high-quality quartz conglomerate that combines natural materials bonded together and processed using Breton's state-of-the-art technology. The Technistone material is composed in 95% of natural materials - mainly quartz and granite combined with 5% of additives. Thanks to the unique properties obtained during production, Technistone material meets all the expectations of today's kitchen worktop users. These additives are components that give the material the right hardness and colour pigments that give aesthetics and colour stability. Technistone is identical to and in some aspects even surpasses natural stone in its characteristics.

Where can TECHNISTONE® be used?
TECHNISTONE quartz conglomerate has been designed for use in many areas of construction. It can be used as a flooring material in the form of tiles, wall cladding, kitchen and bathroom countertops, interior window sills, stairs. It is ideal for high foot traffic areas such as hotels, airport halls, office buildings and shopping centres. It is an ideal material for use in the furniture industry as countertops in hotels and restaurants. Thanks to its excellent physical properties and resistance to chemicals, it is ideal for countertops on laboratory furniture, beauty salons, health clinics and dental surgeries. Thanks to its very low absorbency, it is irreplaceable in contact with food and as a lining for swimming pools.

Treated panels for interior applications
Warranty 10 years
- Technistone, s.r.o. provides a guarantee of 10 years for slabs for non-commercial interior applications.
- The guarantee period starts from the date of installation of the Technistone® tiles. Technistone, s.r.o. provides this guarantee only if the slabs are installed in the interior of the dwelling and not for slabs installed in publicly accessible areas.
Treated panels installed in publicly accessible areas
Warranty 5 years
- Technistone, s.r.o. provides a guarantee of 5 years from the date of installation of the slabs in publicly accessible areas.
- Throughout the warranty period, the Technistone customer is obliged to present his/her right of complaint correctly, i.e. in accordance with these warranty conditions.
Floor tiles
Warranty 2 years
- Technistone, s.r.o. provides a guarantee of 2 years for floor slabs and special formats or for slabs intended for the production of floor slabs, starting from the date of loading.
- A defect cannot be considered to be a damage to the boards resulting from a failure to comply with the technological laying procedure (adhesives and jointing compounds used, installation of cleaning zones, expansion joints, etc.) specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Technistone, s.r.o. - Part III/2: Technical instructions for the installation of the floor panels.
Reporting of complaints
Claims must be lodged with the retailer from whom the customer purchased the product. If the product was purchased directly from the manufacturer, the customer shall lodge his/her claim with him/her. If a claim is submitted by the end customer to the dealer, the dealer is obliged to immediately forward the claim to Technistone, s.r.o.. However, before handing it over, he is obliged to check whether the cause of the claim lies on his side (e.g. transport damage not caused by the manufacturer or his transport service provider) or on the side of the customer. If the cause of the complaint lies with the customer or the vendor, the vendor shall handle such complaint himself. The Customer of Technistone Group (i.e. Technistone, s.r.o., Technistone Polska) is obliged to inspect the delivered tiles and to lodge a claim regarding those tiles, if any, not later than within 24 months from the date of dispatch from Technistone s.r.o.. After the expiry of the aforementioned period, the claim will not be accepted.
